Supplemental Training Terms for Novum Wealth Real Estate Training Programs

Welcome to the real estate training programs ("the Program") provided by Novum Wealth ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and participating in the Program, you ("you" or "the Purchaser") agree to be bound by the following Supplemental Training Terms ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Program Description

The Program is an online training course designed to provide education and skills related to real estate, such as investing, property management, or market analysis. Access to the Program is granted via a secure online platform upon successful payment and registration.

2. Eligibility

To purchase and participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3. Payment

• The Program is available for purchase at the price advertised at the time of registration, payable in full unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

• All payments are processed through a secure payment processor and are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy below.

• Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Access and Use

• Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Program content.

• Access is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Program content without prior written consent from Novum Wealth.

• We reserve the right to revoke access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

5. Refund Policy

• Novum Wealth offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Program, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 40% of the Program content.

• No refund will be given if more than 40% of the training has been completed, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase, as determined by our tracking system.

• To request a refund, contact us at the email listed in the Contact Us section of NovumWealth.com with your purchase details. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period, even if less than 40% of the Program has been completed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and real estate templates, is the property of Novum Wealth or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with real estate activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Novum Wealth does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or real estate success from participating in the Program.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novum Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program, including but not limited to losses related to real estate investments.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time, without refund, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Program or other participants.

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (e.g., internet access, compatible devices) to access and use the Program. Novum Wealth is not responsible for technical issues outside our control.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request or as listed on NovumWealth.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Arbitration

• Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Program, or your purchase and use thereof, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

• The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Salt Lake City, Utah, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, unless the arbitrator awards otherwise based on applicable law.

• By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration clause does not apply to disputes involving intellectual property rights of Novum Wealth, which may be pursued in court.

13. Changes to Terms

• Novum Wealth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Program, legal requirements, or business practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and we will notify you of material changes via email (to the address provided at registration) or through a prominent notice on the Program platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

• Your continued use of the Program after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If a material change adversely affects your rights, you may terminate your participation in the Program and request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your access, provided you notify us in writing within 30 days of the change notification at the email listed in the Contact Us section of NovumWealth.com.

• Minor updates (e.g., typographical corrections or clarifications) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

15. Independence of Hard Money Masterclass Terms

• These Supplemental Training Terms apply exclusively to the Novum Wealth Real Estate Training Programs as defined herein and do not govern the Hard Money Masterclass offered by Novum Wealth. The Hard Money Masterclass is subject to its own separate terms and conditions, which are independent of these Terms. The Hard Money Masterclass terms are available at the bottom of the webpage after logging into the client portal, by request at the email listed in the Contact Us section of NovumWealth.com. If you purchase or participate in the Hard Money Masterclass, you will be bound by its specific terms.

By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Supplemental Training Terms.
