Hard Money Masterclass and Supplemental Trainings
- Consent: The specific contract terms for the Hard Money Masterclass, any other Masterclass training or Certification, any supplemental trainings, product or services are clearly presented under "Terms and Conditions" at the time of checkout.
- Contractual Agreement:
- Acknowledgment at Checkout: In the checkout section of the Site, by selecting the checkbox that reads, “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:”, you certify that you have thoroughly reviewed and understood the terms and conditions presented on that page.

- Refunds: Refunds, if any, are strictly governed by the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of payment. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed courses unless explicitly stated in the course-specific agreement.
